Service Description
Far Infrared Sauna Therapy uses gentle, penetrating heat to warm the body from within, supporting deep relaxation, circulation, and natural detoxification through sweat. As you settle into a peaceful, private space, the infrared heat helps ease physical tension, support recovery, and encourage the body to slow down and rest. Unlike traditional saunas, far infrared heat works at lower temperatures while penetrating more deeply, creating a comfortable yet effective therapeutic experience. Many people incorporate infrared sauna therapy into their wellness routine to support detoxification, circulation, recovery, and overall wellbeing. Whether you're seeking stillness, physical recovery support, or time to reconnect with yourself, this restorative experience offers space for the body and mind to unwind. Your booking allows 45 minutes in the space, giving you time to arrive, settle, enjoy your 30-minute sauna session, shower, and gently transition out afterward.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Policy All sessions must be booked in advance via our online booking system. A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received. We operate on a small, intentional schedule to ensure each guest receives a calm, uninterrupted experience. Please arrive on time for your session. Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time to respect the next guest’s booking, and the full session fee will still apply. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens and plans may need to change. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Changes made within 24 hours of the session start time will result in the full session fee being charged. No-shows will also be charged the full session fee. This policy is in place because your booking reserves a dedicated time that cannot easily be filled at short notice. 3. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the following bookings. The full session fee remains applicable. 4. Health & Comfort If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. We are unable to offer refunds for late cancellations, but we may offer rescheduling at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. 5. Packages & Multi-Session Bookings (if applicable) For any package bookings or multiple sessions: The same 24-hour cancellation policy applies to each individual session. Missed sessions are considered used and are non-refundable. 6. Respect for the Space This is a quiet, restorative environment. We ask all guests to honour the stillness of the space and arrive in a state that supports relaxation and presence.
