Booking Policy
All sessions must be booked in advance via our online booking system. A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
We operate on a small, intentional schedule to ensure each guest receives a calm, uninterrupted experience.
Please arrive on time for your session. Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time to respect the next guest’s booking, and the full session fee will still apply.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens and plans may need to change.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Changes made within 24 hours of the session start time will result in the full session fee being charged.
No-shows will also be charged the full session fee.
This policy is in place because your booking reserves a dedicated time that cannot easily be filled at short notice.
Refund Policy
Payments for completed services are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments, no-shows, or cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment.
If Rest & Resonance is unable to provide a booked service due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered either a rescheduled appointment or a full refund.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect subsequent bookings. The full session fee remains applicable.
Health & Comfort
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment.
We are unable to offer refunds for late cancellations; however, rescheduling may be offered at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Clients are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns that may affect their ability to participate in wellness services.
Packages & Multi-Session Bookings
For any package bookings or multiple-session purchases:
• The same 24-hour cancellation policy applies to each individual session.
• Missed sessions are considered used and are non-refundable.
• Packages are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We ask all guests to honour the stillness of the space and arrive in a manner that supports relaxation, respect, and presence for themselves and others.

Clients participate voluntarily and assume responsibility for their own wellbeing and health decisions.
