Service Description
The Recalibration Session combines Red Light Therapy and Rife Frequency Therapy in a single restorative experience designed to support recovery, balance, and internal coherence. Red and near-infrared light support cellular repair, recovery, and vitality, while frequency-based therapy provides targeted input to support the body’s natural regulatory processes. Together, these modalities create a gentle, restorative session that encourages the body to slow down, settle, and realign. This combination is often chosen during periods of fatigue, prolonged stress, or recovery, and offers a quiet space for whole-body restoration. Your booking allows 30 minutes in the space, giving you time to arrive, settle, complete your 20-minute Recalibration Session, and gently transition out afterward.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Policy All sessions must be booked in advance via our online booking system. A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received. We operate on a small, intentional schedule to ensure each guest receives a calm, uninterrupted experience. Please arrive on time for your session. Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time to respect the next guest’s booking, and the full session fee will still apply. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens and plans may need to change. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Changes made within 24 hours of the session start time will result in the full session fee being charged. No-shows will also be charged the full session fee. This policy is in place because your booking reserves a dedicated time that cannot easily be filled at short notice. 3. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the following bookings. The full session fee remains applicable. 4. Health & Comfort If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. We are unable to offer refunds for late cancellations, but we may offer rescheduling at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. 5. Packages & Multi-Session Bookings (if applicable) For any package bookings or multiple sessions: The same 24-hour cancellation policy applies to each individual session. Missed sessions are considered used and are non-refundable. 6. Respect for the Space This is a quiet, restorative environment. We ask all guests to honour the stillness of the space and arrive in a state that supports relaxation and presence.
